Tooling, prototypes and sampling
We work extensively with a broad network of toolmakers and monitor the entire mold creation process. From 3D models and prototypes to production-grade samples, rigorously testing each stage to ensure client approval.
Sourcing
Our committed team sources non-plastic components from an extensive network of trustworthy and quality-driven suppliers. We oversee the entire process, encompassing design, sampling, and quality assurance, to cater to the needs of our clients.
Injection and blow molding
Our 20+ injection molding machines range from 120 to 2500 tons. Our Cooler Division blow molding machines range from 500ml to 150 liters.
PU foaming
Typically used for insulation of hard coolers, our foaming carousels can handle up to 48 jigs per cycle. By utilizing polyurethane foam, we are capable of crafting coolers that preserve ice for a duration of up to eight days. Our team custom-designs all jigs.
Product assembly
Skilled, highly trained teams manage pre-assembly to the packaging the finished product. Quality control supervisors maintain rigorous quality inspections for all products.
Packaging and POS
We offer customization and branding services for products using screen printing, hot stamping, heat transfer, and molded inserts. Our solutions can include attractive point-of-sale displays and packaging. Our experienced design team oversees the entire printing and production process, ensuring products can be easily transported and promptly placed on store shelves.
Quality control
